AI Systems Strategist, Austin, TX 

​In this role, you'll drive the development and deployment of intelligent systems that directly support business objectives. Acting as the link between emerging AI technologies and real-world application, you’ll shape end-to-end solutions that are scalable, secure, and optimized for performance. This is a unique opportunity to build and lead a cutting-edge AI function from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement AI architectures using technologies like LLMs, RAG, and GenAI.

• Align AI initiatives with strategic business goals across teams and departments.

• Lead solution development across cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) with hands-on delivery experience.

• Collaborate with engineers, product teams, and stakeholders to define and deliver requirements.

• Solve complex technical challenges around scalability, performance, and compliance.

• Monitor and optimize existing AI systems for efficiency and accuracy.

• Produce and maintain clear technical documentation for all AI implementations.

Requirements:

• Strong background in AI/ML, data science, and software development.

• 2–3+ years of experience delivering large-scale cloud-based projects.

• Proficiency in Python, R, or Java, and experience with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.

• Familiarity with big data tools (Spark, Databricks, Hadoop).

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

• Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance best practices.
